Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation at Willow Falls. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Reservation and Payment:
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- An incidental hold of $25 per night will be collected at check-in and released after checkout, provided no additional charges are incurred.
- Full payment is required prior to check-in. We accept major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund minus a 3% processing fee for cancellations made 3 days prior to the arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 3 days from the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM.
- Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Upon check-in, the hotel will collect credit card information for the purpose of initiating security holds.
- The hotel will hold a security deposit of $25/night on the credit card and will be released after 5-7 business days after check-out.
Occupancy:
- Room rates are based on maximum occupancy.
- Children under the age of 5 stay free when sharing a room with paying adults.
Damages and Losses:
- Guests are responsible for any damages or losses to hotel property caused by them during their stay.
- A credit card on file will be charged for any such damages or losses.
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas of the hotel. A $250 smoking fee will be charged for violating this policy.
Amenities:
- Willow Falls is equipped with a variety of amenities. Guests are encouraged to use these facilities responsibly.
- Mandatory Catch & Release – To preserve the beauty and health of our resort’s waters, all fishing on this property is strictly Catch and Release Only.
Wedding & Event Use:
- Cabin or lodging reservations do not include use of the property as a wedding or event venue. All weddings, ceremonies, receptions, parties, and other events must be approved and booked separately in advance. Additional fees and requirements may apply.
Liability:
- The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal property.
- Guests are advised to use hotel facilities and services at their own risk.
Privacy Policy:
- Whitepath Lodge & Resort respects guests’ privacy. Personal information collected during the reservation process will be kept confidential and used only for reservation purposes.
Right to Refuse Service:
- Willow Falls reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Willow Falls reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
